Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (does not include weekends). Please allow additional time for shipping, especially during peak promotional periods.
Reward Points
Applying your reward points to your order is quick and easy. Simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your Satechi account before placing your order.
- Add your desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- At checkout, you’ll see your available points displayed in your Reward Point Bank.
- Select how many points you would like to apply toward your purchase.
- Click “Apply” to redeem your points.
Once applied, the value of your selected points will be reflected in your order subtotal.
